Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap and architecture for all AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead a high-performance team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and ethical responsibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate advanced AI solutions into core business products.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable machine learning models and ensure data security and privacy compliance.
- Identify emerging trends in AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and evaluate their potential impact on our long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
