Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures optimized for real-time inference and massive scale.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry-leading benchmarks in multimodal learning.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing engineering team in advanced deep learning techniques, code reviews, and research methodologies.
- Production Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps and data engineering to translate research prototypes into stable, production-grade AI applications.
- Research Integration: Drive research initiatives in reinforcement learning and federated learning to enhance model privacy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; deep understanding of CUDA and GPU optimization.
- System Design: Strong experience with distributed computing systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI workflows.
