Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Lead Research & Development: Guide the research team in exploring cutting-edge fields such as Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and Neuromorphic Hardware integration.
- Optimize Performance: Fine-tune models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency to meet the rigorous demands of edge computing environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and hardware engineers to translate theoretical AI capabilities into market-ready products.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting advanced technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Extensive expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
