Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures focused on Generative Models and Autonomous Agents for the 2026 roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product and executive leadership to define technical milestones and deliverables for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Model Optimization: Drive research into model efficiency, reducing latency and computational costs for large-scale deployment.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI solutions into broader enterprise ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Security & Ethics: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years in a leadership role designing complex machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate business goals into technical strategy and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
