Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge AI solutions for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead a cross-functional team of 8+ engineers in delivering scalable ML pipelines
- Drive innovation in neural network optimization and quantum AI integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI strategy with 2026 Vision roadmap
- Establish industry best practices for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor talent through our internal AI Academy and university partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or similar venues
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
