Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or quantum computing environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Python, Rust, and quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is essential.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
