Responsibilities
- Architect Core Models: Design and implement cutting-edge AI architectures aimed at achieving AGI-level reasoning capabilities by the Year 2026.
- Research Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of researchers and engineers, setting technical roadmaps and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Publish & Disseminate: Author high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences to establish thought leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware teams to optimize inference pipelines for next-generation edge devices.
- Strategic Vision: Translate abstract research goals into tangible product roadmaps that align with the company's long-term vision.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, providing technical guidance and career development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of research experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning. Proven track record of leading research teams.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with model compression, distributed training, and optimization is required.
- Research Portfolio: Demonstrable history of publishing in leading venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL) or having significant patents in AI.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle ambiguous, high-complexity problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
