Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance infrastructure capable of handling the computational load of future AI models and autonomous agents.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the research and integration of quantum computing protocols into existing cloud architectures to solve complex, unsolvable problems today.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the company's transition into the post-silicon era, identifying key technologies that will dominate in 2026 and beyond.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, rapid prototyping, and rigorous testing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to ensure that architectural decisions align with long-term business goals and regulatory standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously audit system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing microservices and edge computing solutions to ensure zero downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field. Experience in a PhD program or equivalent research environment is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of staying ahead of industry trends, with a specific interest in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Neural Interfaces, or Quantum Cryptography.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and translate them into concrete, actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
