Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the architecture of our proprietary machine learning models and neural interfaces.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team of 15+ members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in UX, Product, and Security to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record in designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and ethical AI guidelines.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
