Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the core frontend architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Drive the adoption of modern web standards, including WCAG accessibility compliance and SEO best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex design systems into pixel-perfect, responsive implementations.
- Optimize application performance, minimizing load times and maximizing interactivity across all devices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., WebAssembly, AI-driven UI) into the product roadmap.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind, or styled-components).
- Deep understanding of state management solutions, HTTP protocols, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a distributed system.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
