Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary AI models designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic milestones for our AGI initiatives.
- Oversee the integration of neural networks into real-world applications with a focus on low-latency and high-accuracy performance.
- Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Ensure ethical guidelines and safety protocols are embedded in every layer of our AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate futuristic concepts into deployable products.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML research and development.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions to market.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible innovation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
