Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation solutions in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead 20+ person cross-disciplinary teams of PhD researchers and industry experts
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for 2026-era technology integration
- Present breakthrough innovations to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon's exclusive 'Visionary Path' program
- Drive strategic partnerships with MIT, CERN, and DARPA innovation hubs
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with global impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, or Synthetic Biology (or equivalent industry breakthroughs)
- 10+ years leading R&D teams in cutting-edge technology sectors
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of delivering 10x+ technological innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, bio-integrated AI, or decentralized systems
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private research funding
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial impact
