Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite and external stakeholders
- Identify and prioritize emerging tech trends with commercial viability
- Present future-state visions to investors and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused technologists
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published research in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
