Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends across biotech, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Publish white papers and keynote at industry summits (TED, Davos, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Design and maintain Horizon's proprietary trend-sensing ecosystem
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP-LE, Delphi method)
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent professional credential
