Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis
- Lead executive workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Develop proprietary predictive models for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Champion innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Publish thought leadership on future trends in industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-oriented culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused innovations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFPC) preferred
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends
