Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership reports and presentations on emerging tech impacts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Published work in futurist journals or industry white papers
- Global perspective with cross-cultural innovation experience
