- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations for product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining thought leadership through published research
- Integrate foresight into quarterly business planning and risk mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and quantitative trend analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
