In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical, scalable AI applications, ensuring our systems are ready for the quantum leap in processing power.
Responsibilities
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap, integrating quantum computing solutions.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of quantum algorithms for real-world AI tasks, including machine learning and data processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier AI engineers and quantum researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business goals.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum mechanics and AI to ensure our technology remains proprietary and competitive.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 3 years in quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems and innovate under pressure.
