Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, cloud-native systems specifically tailored for the technological demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Roadmap Strategy: Lead the technical vision for the 2026 transition, identifying emerging trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and integrating them into our core architecture.
- System Optimization: Continuously refactor legacy systems to ensure 99.99% uptime and high performance in high-stakes environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect our data infrastructure against evolving threats.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding or experience with AI-driven infrastructure and predictive analytics tools.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and provide innovative solutions for scalability.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
