Responsibilities
- Architectural Strategy: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable microservices architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide junior developers in best practices, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and low latency for global users.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technology Stack: Proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and orchestration.
- Programming: Strong command of Python, Go, or Java, with deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Design Patterns: Expert knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.
