Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient architectures capable of handling next-generation AI workloads and autonomous systems.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on spatial computing, edge AI, and quantum-assisted algorithms.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Translate strategic business goals into concrete technical milestones for the 2026 release cycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate futuristic technologies into current products.
- Set Industry Standards: Establish best practices for security, latency, and interoperability in emerging tech environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI or advanced system architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Futuristic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, AR/VR integration).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring senior engineers.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
