Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on autonomous agents and generative AI integration.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems capable of processing real-time neural data streams.
- Lead the research and implementation of Spatial Computing interfaces (e.g., AR/VR environments).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and algorithmic transparency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems for Edge AI and IoT integration.
- Strong understanding of 3D graphics, WebGL, or Spatial Computing technologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving technical vision across large teams.
