Responsibilities
- Provide remote clinical support and patient education during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care continuity
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and triage concerns according to protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for comprehensive care handovers
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data security standards
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions and process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Valid Florida nursing license or multi-state compact license
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (Epic/Cerner experience)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations calmly
- Strong problem-solving abilities in remote work environments
- Availability to work 40 hours weekly on night shift schedule
