Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions for high-availability systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot production environments during overnight hours
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Implement security protocols and compliance standards across cloud platforms
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless operations
- Document system architecture and create runbooks for incident response
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong Linux/Windows system administration skills
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
- Excellent written communication for documentation and handovers
