Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM MST)
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and service disruptions for residential and business clients
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with on-site technicians during emergency escalation scenarios
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions to update product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/night shift environments
- Type 45+ WPM with excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts during peak seasons
