Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service excellence standards
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and update customer profiles accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical or billing escalations
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics including CSAT, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and development programs to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback during team huddles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in remote or night shift settings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home office environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
