Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service excellence standards
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Collaborate with global team members using real-time communication tools to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics including resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Participate in monthly virtual team meetings and professional development sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with night shift or overnight availability
- Proven ability to thrive in remote work environments with minimal supervision
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
