Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional multi-channel support (phone, chat, email) during night shift hours
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution times)
- Identify process improvements and escalate complex issues
- Maintain confidentiality and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently during night hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Problem-solving mindset and emotional intelligence
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
