Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate complex cases and improve processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR targets
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or night shift environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-volume overnight scenarios
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
