Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless handovers
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support
- Meet/exceed SLA targets for response and resolution times
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Participate in quarterly virtual team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience with remote work preference
- Availability to work 40 hours/week overnight schedule (11 PM-7 AM CT)
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Ability to multitask across multiple communication channels
- Basic troubleshooting for common software/hardware issues
