Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical and billing issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Proactively identify process improvements and share with day shift team
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/distributed teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Available to work flexible night shift schedules including weekends
