Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise software clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using remote troubleshooting tools
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through empathetic communication
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for nighttime operations
- Participate in monthly training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer support or technical troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira) and remote access tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable working night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
