Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with international teams during handover periods
- Identify and escalate recurring system issues to engineering teams
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through quality support
- Participate in monthly training sessions on new products and protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in tech or SaaS industry
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and remote communication tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS and mobile platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Availability to work weekends and holidays on rotational basis
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
