- Provide 24/7 customer support via phone, email, and chat during assigned night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
