Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Resolve technical issues, account concerns, and service disruptions for diverse client portfolio
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global support teams during complex escalations
- Meet or exceed quality and performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training for product updates and service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or high-volume environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence for de-escalation
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Flexible availability to cover rotating weekend shifts as needed
