Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email for high-value enterprise clients
- Resolve complex software and hardware issues with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precise detail and accuracy
- Collaborate with global support teams during cross-peak coverage handoffs
- Monitor ticket queues during low-traffic hours to maintain SLA compliance
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
- Escalate critical issues to Tier 2 engineers with clear documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer support or help desk environments
- Proven night shift experience with documented performance metrics
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and SaaS platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent IT certification preferred
- Ability to maintain focus during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 MT)
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Type 40+ WPM with strong multi-tasking capabilities
