- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using remote troubleshooting tools
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Meet monthly performance metrics including resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions
- Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient with Windows OS, CRM software, and remote desktop tools
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
