Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing concerns, and service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Continuously update product knowledge through training modules
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates)

Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
