Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product problems with patience and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services based on customer needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
