What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets efficiently within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
- Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and security during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Must be able to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pacific Time).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems.
