Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer and account information into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Perform regular audits of entered data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data updates and project deadlines.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy (90%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
