- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data sets quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and company information.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure data integrity standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor regarding data bottlenecks or errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or office administration (minimum 1 year).
- Must possess a high typing speed (40+ WPM) with exceptional accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
