Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly monitoring and support of facility equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation during off-hours.
- Respond to emergency support requests and service tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on provided equipment.
- Assist clients and staff with equipment troubleshooting and procedural guidance.
- Maintain accurate logs and digital reports of all support activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of operations and pending issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (some positions require local travel).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile communication devices.
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs as required.
