Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone during designated night shifts.
- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries with speed and accuracy.
- Log all interactions and solutions into the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of support services.
- Adhere to company protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in remote customer support is highly desirable.
