Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows, macOS, and cloud applications
- Manage ticket queues and SLAs using ServiceNow platform
- Document resolutions and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Monitor system alerts and perform preventative maintenance
- Train clients on security protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years in remote IT support or helpdesk role
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Valid US work authorization required
