Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
- Document incident tickets, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system deployments
- Conduct security vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Train junior staff on troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, AWS, and Azure environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 PM MST)
- Relevant associate's degree or equivalent experience
