Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor and resolve network security incidents, VPN connections, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Document all ticket resolutions and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical system outages and maintenance windows
- Conduct proactive system health checks and implement security patches
- Support end-users across multiple time zones with hardware/software troubleshooting
- Participate in after-hours system upgrades and migrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Azure cloud services
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote access tools
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex system issues
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
