Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access during night shift hours
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity, OS troubleshooting, and application errors
- Monitor system performance, security alerts, and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Document incident reports, knowledge base articles, and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incidents and system upgrades
- Maintain compliance with company security policies and industry standards
- Conduct remote system installations, configurations, and user training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environments
- Strong expertise in Windows/macOS, network troubleshooting, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience working night shifts or rotating schedules
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proficient in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Valid US work authorization and reliable internet connection
