Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the company network and server infrastructure during off-hours.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone and remote access tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees across the US.
- Manage and escalate critical incidents to the Level 2 team when necessary.
- Ensure all security protocols are followed during the night shift monitoring cycle.
- Perform routine maintenance on provided company equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Experience with remote desktop software and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and Android/iOS devices.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
