Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and resolve security incidents using SIEM tools
- Execute scheduled maintenance on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Conduct user training sessions for remote employees
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or automation tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong written communication skills for documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
- CompTIA Network+ certification required
